These Terms govern the $1.00 USD SKYBIKE Early Bird Reservation sold through launch.tryskybike.com.

1. The product you purchase

The product is a digital SKYBIKE Early Bird Reservation. The one-time price is $1.00 USD. Successful payment gives the purchaser priority founder communications and one eligible $100 USD purchase credit for a later SKYBIKE hardware purchase.

The Early Bird Reservation is a standalone digital access right. It does not reserve physical inventory, hold customer funds, create stored value, or pay any portion of a future hardware price.

2. Eligibility and quantity

You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract in your location and provide accurate contact and billing information. The founder benefit is limited to one reservation and one credit per verified customer email unless SKYBIKE confirms otherwise in writing.

3. Digital delivery

The reservation is digitally delivered to the checkout email after verified payment. The confirmation contains the reservation ID. If it does not arrive within 15 minutes, check spam and contact support@tryskybike.com.

4. Founder credit rules

The $100 USD credit applies to one eligible SKYBIKE hardware purchase during the founder purchase window. It is non-transferable, has no cash value, cannot be sold, and cannot be combined with another promotional code unless stated. It excludes shipping, duty, tax, add-ons, and unrelated products. Redemption instructions are sent at least seven days before the window and remain available for 14 calendar days.

5. Published pricing and schedule

Current targets are $499 USD for a limited Super Early Bird tier, $599 USD for a Kickstarter Special tier, and $999 USD expected retail. The target founder launch is November 2026. Product development and campaign review may change timing or availability; material changes will be communicated to reservation holders.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You may request cancellation within 14 calendar days of payment or any time before the founder credit is redeemed, whichever occurs first. If SKYBIKE cancels the founder offer without providing an equivalent credit opportunity, the $1.00 USD price will be returned to the original payment method. See the separate Return & Refund Policy.

7. Payment and fraud controls

Production card payment is processed through Oceanpayment's hosted checkout. SKYBIKE may cancel and refund an order involving suspected fraud, duplicate reservations, chargeback abuse, incorrect information, or a payment reversed by the card issuer.

8. Separate hardware contract

A reservation does not require a hardware purchase. A later SKYBIKE hardware order forms a separate contract and will display the final product price, availability, tax, duty, shipping, warranty, return terms, and delivery estimate before payment.
